This cider is named for the Seattle's Burke-Gilman trail. The Burke is one of the country's earliest rail-trails, following an abandoned railroad right-of-way between Ballard and the University District, north of Seattle. This is part of our regular rides through Seattle, often connecting us to routes into Woodinville and beyond.
